How long does shipping take?

Orders are made to order through trusted production partners. Production time is separate from shipping time, and tracking is sent once your order ships. Delivery times can vary by destination, carrier, and product.

Are all items limited release?

Some Kentrellsht drops are limited release and may not restock once they sell out. If a size or style is gone, it may not come back.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not guaranteed for wrong size, buyer's remorse, or change of mind. Please check the Size Guide before ordering.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, mislabeled, or incorrect, contact support with your order number and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.
