Kentrellsht products are made to order. Because each item is produced after purchase, returns and exchanges are not guaranteed for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, Mislabeled, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, mislabeled, or different from what you ordered, contact support as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

How Issues Are Resolved

Approved issues may be resolved with a replacement, reprint, refund, or store credit depending on the case. We review each request individually and may require photos or additional order details before a decision is made.

Return Approval

Do not send items back unless support confirms that a return is required. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
