Kentrellsht orders are made to order through trusted production and fulfillment partners. This means production time is separate from shipping time.

Production Time

After your order is placed, it is sent to a production facility for printing, packing, and fulfillment. Production time can vary depending on the product, order volume, and fulfillment network.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, tracking will be sent to the email or phone number used at checkout. Shipping times vary by destination, carrier, product, and service level. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address

Please enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Kentrellsht is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an incomplete or inaccurate address.

Carrier Delays

After an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, missed delivery attempts, or other delivery issues outside our control.

Missing Tracking or Delivery Issues

If your tracking has not updated, your package appears lost, or there is a delivery problem, contact support with your order number and shipping details. We will review the issue and help with the next best step.
