Standard Items — Return Window

Standard (non-New Drop) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached.

How to Return
  • Email us at the contact address with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items
  • All New Drop items (final sale)
  • Items marked "Limited" that are part of a drop release
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or color.
