Shipping Policy

Standard items: 1–3 business days. New Drop items: 3–7 business days due to high demand. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

After processing, standard delivery is 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping is not currently available. Total delivery time = processing + transit.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping thresholds may apply during promotional periods.

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking to activate after receiving your shipping confirmation.

kentrellsht is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Contact your carrier directly for lost package claims. If your package shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days.
